The Front of House Shift Supervisor assists the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily FOH operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The role supervises service staff, coordinates with the Back of House (BOH), manages cash handling, and ensures that all restaurant procedures and systems are followed during the shift.

JOB SCOPE

  • Lead and supervise the Front of House team, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee cashiers and service staff, including POS transactions, cash handling, and shift reconciliation.
  • Support the RGM in achieving sales, service, and operational targets.
  • Enforce company policies, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate with BOH for timely food service and address guest concerns professionally.
  • Train, coach, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Manage shift schedules, floor assignments, and maintain smooth operations.
  • Conduct dining area inspections and contribute to cost control efforts.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in restaurant operations, preferably in casual or fine dining.
  • Knowledge of FOH operations, service flow, safety, and food handling standards.
  • Proficient in POS and cash handling.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php34,000.00 per month
