As a Collection Field Officer, you will be responsible for conducting field visits to clients with overdue accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining a professional relationship with customers. You will also assist in verifying client information, assessing risks, and providing accurate reporting to support the collection and risk management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to clients with overdue accounts to facilitate payment.

Negotiate and arrange payment schedules in line with company policies.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of collection activities.

Conduct background checks and field verification when necessary.

Maintain professionalism and uphold company values when dealing with clients.

Safeguard company reputation by handling sensitive matters with confidentiality.

Qualifications:

At least College Level or Senior High Graduate.

With valid driver's license and own motorcycle (required).

Preferably with experience in collections, fieldwork, or related roles.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of the local area is an advantage.
