About the role

Agrifund AP Finance Corp. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Collections professional to join our team in Tarlac City, Tarlac. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in our credit management operations, working to recover outstanding debts and maintain the financial health of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Collect outstanding payments from clients and ensure timely settlements.
  • Send notices of dishonor and demand letters to delinquent clients.
  • Promote company products/services and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections, sales, and field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Report daily/weekly field activities, collections, and sales performance.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years experience in field collections, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with collection/sales software preferred.
