Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP SD module design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Translate business requirements into SAP solutions that optimize order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management processes.

  • Ensure seamless integration with FI, MM, WM, and other SAP modules.

  • Manage a team of functional consultants and provide guidance on solution design and best practices.

  • Oversee project delivery including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.

  • Provide Level 3 support for complex SAP SD issues, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

  • Drive continuous improvements by identifying gaps and implementing enhancements.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, IT standards, and audit requirements.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams.

  • Present solutions and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 9+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or lead role.

  • Strong expertise in:

  • Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle.

  • Pricing procedures, rebates, and billing processes.
  • Shipping, delivery, and transportation processes.
  • Credit and risk management.
  • Experience in end-to-end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Good understanding of integration points with FI/CO, MM, PP, and WM modules.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amenable to work 2-3 days Onsite and Midshift schedule (3pm-12am)
