JOB SUMMARY:

The Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales team by gathering market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer insights directly from the field. The role ensures that sales requirements are communicated effectively to the Marketing team and that appropriate marketing tools, programs, and collaterals are provided to support business objectives. The incumbent actively participates in trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to strengthen brand presence and enable sales growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Work closely with sales representatives in the field to gather customer feedback, competitor insights, and market trends.

  2. Consolidate and relay field data to the Marketing team to support the development of strategies and programs.

  3. Assist in the execution of trade marketing activities, field promotions, and events in coordination with Sales.

  4. Facilitate the distribution of marketing collaterals, product information, and promotional materials to sales teams.

  5. Ensure that all sales support tools and marketing initiatives are aligned with brand guidelines and standards.

  6. Identify potential local community partners, dealers, associations, or groups while on field.

  7. Capture opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, or co-branded activities.

  8. Provide feedback to Marketing Manager on what partnerships may benefit sales or brand awareness.

  9. Track and report the effectiveness of field activations, campaigns, and promotions.

  10. Maintain updated knowledge of products, promotions, and competitor activities to better support sales personnel.

  11. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing market findings, campaign results, and customer insights.

  12. Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including documentation, logistics, and coordination.

  13. Participate in marketing activities, field visits, and events as required.

  14. Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. With 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, trade marketing, or sales-related roles (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered).

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.

  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to organize and present market insights.

  5. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM or reporting tools is an advantage.

  6. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as part of sales and marketing collaboration.
