Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
  • Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms to ensure a consistent brand image and engaging content
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience preferences and industry trends
  • Develop and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters, to attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and trade shows to showcase the company's hospitality offerings

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the hospitality industry but not REQUIRED.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics software
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
