Position: Sales and Marketing Associate / Officer

Job Qualifications:

-Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing Management/Real Estate Management.

-Minimum of at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in with a wide array of clientele or network, an advantage.

-A licensed broker/appraiser, an advantage but not required.

-Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.

-Above average communication skills (verbal and written) together with effective negotiation and customer-service skills.

-Good understanding of the local real estate market or familiarity of real estate appraisal reports, an advantage.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets/deadlines.

-Must be willing to work on an office based set-up; must be willing to be trained in Manila for 1-2 months, if needed (upon assessment after the interview).

-A resident near Davao City.

-Available to start anytime.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php24,000.00 per month
