We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Appointment Setter to enhance our sales team. In this role, you will focus on qualifying high-potential leads and conducting outbound calls or cold calling to B2B clients within the BNI framework. Your efforts will be crucial in building relationships with prospects and scheduling appointments, ultimately contributing to our sales growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with potential clients, ensuring a seamless transition from interest to appointment. Your proactive approach and communication skills will be instrumental in driving our business objectives forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to introduce our services and demonstrate how we can meet the unique needs of potential clients. (B2B)
  • Persuade decision-makers that our solutions are the perfect fit for their business, highlighting the value we bring
  • Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our expert providers to ensure personalized service and support.
  • Answer incoming calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • To come up with new ideas on how to reach more or better customers

Qualification and Experience Requirements

  • Fluent in English, written and oral
  • Experience in cold calling and appointment setting, as well as with knowledge on technical terms
  • Resilient, enthusiastic, full of energy, and passionate
  • Good understanding of the American business culture
