The Project Owner is responsible for overseeing the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects. They serve as the primary decision-maker and liaison between stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the project vision, scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between project stakeholders, sponsors, and the project team.
  • Develop and maintain the project roadmap, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to achieve project outcomes.
  • Oversee risk management, change control, and quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor progress and performance through reports, dashboards, and regular team meetings.
  • Approve key project deliverables and ensure alignment with client or stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to maintain clarity and accountability.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improvement areas.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–7 years) in project management or project ownership.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
