Experienced Paraplanner

We are an Australian based company and we're on the lookout for Paraplanners to join our growing team. Your role will include supporting financial advisers by preparing detailed financial plans, conducting research, drafting reports, and ensuring all client documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.

What you'll do:

• Insurance Research: Keep up with the latest insurance products, carriers, and market trends to inform advisors.
• Insurance Analysis: Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable life, disability, income protection, and trauma insurance.
• Insurance Proposals: Help prepare accurate and compliant insurance proposals and policy illustrations.
• Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and documents meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Technology Utilization: Use insurance software, CRM systems, and other tools effectively to streamline processes and maintain client records.
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Basic understanding of insurance products and willingness to learn about the industry is essential.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and information gathering.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric approach, committed to delivering exceptional service and building positive client relationships.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, showing flexibility in a team environment.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards when handling sensitive information.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
