We're looking for an
Operations Program Manager
with strong
Scrum Master experience
to lead delivery operations and cross-functional program alignment across our
Certinia (FinancialForce)
initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of
delivery management, process optimization, and executive communication
. You'll ensure that product and operations teams are aligned on priorities, that agile delivery cycles run smoothly, and that senior leadership has clear visibility into risks, dependencies, and progress.

The Commitment

• Oversee end-to-end delivery operations
  for Certinia-based programs, ensuring product iteration cadence is maintained across teams.
• Serve as the
  Scrum Master
  for critical workstreams — facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Partner with engineering, product, and finance teams to
  prioritize competing initiatives
  and align roadmaps with strategic goals.
• Drive
  cross-functional alignment
  by implementing clear governance processes and tracking interdependencies.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks
  to delivery timelines and resource constraints at the executive level.
• Develop and maintain
  program dashboards and reporting
  for leadership, focusing on KPIs, velocity, and operational performance.
• Support
  continuous improvement initiatives
  , including retrospectives, tool optimization, and agile process refinements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence.

The Essentials

• 4–6 years of experience
  in
  program or operations management
  with a proven background as a
  Scrum Master
  .
• Hands-on experience with
  Salesforce / Certinia (FinancialForce)
  ecosystems strongly preferred.
• Proven success driving
  cross-functional delivery
  in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong command of
  agile methodologies
  and program delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional
  executive communication
  and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in
  project management tools
  such as Jira, Asana, or
• Comfortable working independently across time zones but aligned with
  UK business hours
  .
• Relevant certifications (e.g.,
  CSM, PMP, or SAFe
  ) are a plus.
