Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by managing B2B client accounts and supporting brand owners from inquiry to production within Primelab's cosmetic manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, qualify, and manage B2B leads for cosmetic manufacturing, private label, and OEM services
- Handle client inquiries, presentations, and coordination from quotation to production
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation
- Coordinate closely with R&D, Production, QC, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
- Track sales pipeline, targets, and submit regular sales reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing or cosmetics is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Highly organized, goal-driven, and client-oriented
- Willing to attend client meetings and site visits when required
Compensation
Salary and commission to be discussed; position includes commission
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, OJT (On the job training)
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
