Job summary:

Position Title: Retail Sales Executive for Cebu, NCR, Pampanga, Cavite, Davao

Areas of Assignment: Malls, Supermarkets, Airport, or Casino

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Day Shift (Shifting Schedule)

Employment Type: Regular | Full-time

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or at least 2 years in college.
  • Confident and charismatic personality.
  • Good English and Tagalog communication skills (natural conversational style).
  • Work experience in customer service is required.
  • With a sales or retail sales background.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes.
  • Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials.
  • Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company's consumer-centric principles.
