Additionally, responsibilities may include training and educating team members on compliance matters, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to resolve any compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the cinema, including ticketing, concessions, and theater maintenance
  • Lead and manage a team of cinema staff, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and technical standards
  • Coordinate with film distributors, mall marketing, and other departments for promotions and events
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in operations, retail, or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays
