We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu Central Visayas. As a full-time Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on any outstanding items

  • Providing product and service information to customers, and cross-selling or up-selling where appropriate

  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the contact centre or customer service industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions

  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet performance targets

  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and proactive attitude
