Job Opportunity: Non-Voice Call Center Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and committed individual to join our team as a Full Time, permanent Non-Voice Call Center Representative.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong typing abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of consecutive experience in any industry, with a stable work history.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone or other communication channels
  • Meet productivity and quality standards in a call center setting
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Availability to work full-time in an office setting, Monday through Friday, 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
  • English language proficiency
  • Call center or related experience is an asset
  • Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
