We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Amazon PPC Growth Manager to accelerate the success of our family-owned beauty and cosmetics brand. This role goes beyond running ads—you'll be shaping campaigns that increase visibility, boost sales, and strengthen long-term brand presence in a highly competitive marketplace.

The right candidate brings hands-on expertise with Amazon Ads, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to turn insights into profitable growth strategies. You'll own the full advertising cycle, from planning and execution to optimization and reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Design and manage strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to uncover new opportunities
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to balance ROI, ACoS, and sales growth
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on data-driven insights
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, keywords, and campaign structures
  • Produce clear performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Support listing optimization to maximize ad effectiveness
  • Track competitors and industry trends to refine strategies
  • Collaborate with the team to align advertising with overall brand goals

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success managing and scaling Amazon PPC campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Seller Central and the Amazon advertising platform
  • Skilled in keyword research, bid optimization, and campaign analysis
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or aesthetics is a plus

Bonus Points

  • Amazon Advertising certifications or advanced training
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization
  • Experience with other paid ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
