Technical Product Owner

The Role. Flow Software is growing, and we're looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our team in Manila. You'll play a key role in delivering the technical components of our integration platform, working closely with engineers and architects to bring our roadmap to life.

This role is focused on technical execution. Product strategy, commercial direction, and business roadmap decisions sit with the Head of Product. You'll be responsible for translating that direction into clear, testable, and scalable technical work, and ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with the engineering team.

You'll help define and manage capabilities like integration pipelines, event listeners, system agents, workflow triggers, and cloud-first modules. This is a hands-on role with close day-to-day alignment to engineering, QA, and architecture. What will you be doing?

Manage the technical component roadmap in close alignment with Product leadership. Define and maintain epics, stories, and requirements for platform capabilities. Collaborate daily with engineering, architecture, and QA teams to drive sprint delivery.

Break down complex requirements into actionable, testable tickets. Own technical grooming and backlog management, ensuring high-quality story hygiene. Monitor delivery progress, unblock dependencies, and flag risks early.

Maintain visibility into service performance, flow health, and scalability considerations. Help ensure that what we build is secure, scalable, and maintainable. It is essential that you have:3 years experience as a Product Owner or Technical BA in a SaaS or software environment.

Strong understanding of APIs, EDI, integration pipelines, or middleware systems. Experience working directly with software engineers on backend or platform products. Confident in writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and release planning. Able to balance business needs with engineering complexity. Clear communicator, comfortable leading stand-ups, grooming sessions, and internal demos.

What's would it be good for you to bring? Exposure to event-driven or microservice architecture. Experience with integration tools, cloud-native infrastructure, or system observability.

Background in eCommerce, logistics, or B2B data exchange. Previous technical experience (e.g. as a developer or systems analyst) is a bonus. Understanding of AWS, Azure, or cloud deployment models.
