Position Overview:

We are seeking a Cash Manager / Cash Analyst to oversee the company's cash operations, optimize liquidity, and ensure accurate cash flow management. The role is key in maintaining financial stability and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage working capital efficiently.
  • Reconcile cash transactions, bank statements, and intercompany transfers.
  • Analyze cash trends, identify variances, and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and banking regulations.
  • Coordinate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to optimize cash management processes.
  • Support management with cash-related reporting and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cash collection, disbursement, and overall financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA/ACCA is a plus.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or finance operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Knowledge of banking procedures, cash operations, and internal controls.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external banking partners.
