  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and related documentation.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases, price lists, and purchase records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and assess market trends.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payment.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for procurement activities.
  • Track inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Support in preparing procurement reports and analytics for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (entry-level candidates may also be considered).
