
Key Accounts Manager

JOB OBJECTIVES:
• To establish and nurture a positive business relationship with the accounts especially at the store level.
• To manage all sales activities on time and in full to help drive category growth.
• To determine business opportunities at the store level and facilitate solutions, ensuring customer and shopper satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Safeguard and monitor smooth deliveries and impeccable display and space management and guidelines to guarantee achievement of 95% CSL and OSA .
o Primary shelves based on agreed planogram/standard mandated by the account
o Secondary shelves based on agreed featured SKUs and planogram
o Shelf display parameters (compliance on freshness policy, neatness, and pricing)
• Provide consistent quantitative and qualitative reports on inventory, distribution, and merchandising metrics such as CSL, SOS, NPD placement, assortment, and spoils.
o Evaluate SKU mix in accordance with the target market of the store.
o Team up with Customer Service Group in developing the best servicing model of the stores.
o Provide bottoms up forecast for new store, VisMin, and OVD stores for planning and stock transfer/auto-so purposes.
• Execute, oversee, and audit implementation of programs in the stores through stringent collaboration with KAM BD, Customer Marketing Development, and TPAs
o Help ensure correct manpower deployment of the stores.
o Conduct audit measures to assess TPA performance
• Identify, evaluate, and share business opportunities (activations, new products, business practices, and industry trends) to stakeholders.
• Conduct face to face engagements with store personnel providing valuable inputs and sharing of merchandising guidelines. For VisMin areas, handle account management with actual Head Office consultations and monitoring of receivables/proof of deliveries.
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• College graduate preferably degree course in Business Administration / Education / MassCom.
• Background in Sales, Operations, and/or Supply Chain is an added value.
• Fully operational in Sales Fundamentals

o Market Intelligence
o Reports Management
•Fully operational in Store Operations Management
o Basic Supply Chain Process
o OSA Management
o Promo and NPD Execution
• Working knowledge on business presentations and analysis
• Adept at communicating both written and verbal
• Relationship savvy, skilled in negotiations
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
• Attention to details and management of multiple responsibilities
INTERFACE / INTERACTION:
• Internal Relations
o Report and provide timely and relevant merchandising opportunities and information to KAM BD, Customer Service Group, and Customer Marketing Development partners.
o Share corrective action points on store challenges in deliveries and program implementation with Customer Service Group, KAM BD, and Customer Marketing Development partners.
• External Relations
o Build and nurture strategic business relationship with Accounts at branch level for Luzon and with Account Merchandising Teams for VisMin
o Ensure compliance on merchandising guidelines of the TPAs
