Job Title: BI Developer, reporting to BI ManagerLocation: Southeast Asia (Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand)Working hours: during probation: 3pm to 11pm, after probation: 1pm to 9pm (GMT 8)The RoleWe are seeking a BI Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources, including Excel and CSV files, into Tableau Data Source using Tableau Prep Builder. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with top talent worldwide, and make a real impact in the industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesYou will query large databases & Data warehouse to extract, manipulate, and analyze data using advanced SQL queries. You will design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources, including Excel and CSV files, into Tableau Data Source using Tableau Prep Builder. You will build efficient, scalable workflows to process large datasets while ensuring data quality and consistency.

You will build advanced reports and BI dashboards using Tableau for various departments (Finance, Marketing, Retention, Acquisition, Strategy, CRM, VIP Payments, Affiliates). You will spend time when necessary to investigate data discrepancies and understand fields and metrics calculations. You will deliver periodic KPIs analyses for stakeholders and department managers.

You will work with various end-users in understanding their data requirements. What You Bring:2–4 years of experience in data analysis using SQL queries and data reporting (Tableau), preferably within an online casino operator.

Advanced SQL skills for querying databases. Expertise in Tableau for data visualization and reporting. Proficiency in Tableau Prep, including designing and managing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to clean, transform, and automate data workflows.

Ability to work independently and produce high-quality dashboards with minimal oversight. Strong aptitude for analyzing data and identifying patterns from multiple sources, conducting complex analyses, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. A positive attitude, passion for data analysis, and keen attention to detail, with a strong drive to achieve results.

A proactive team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into meaningful insights for diverse stakeholders. Python knowledge is a plus but not required.

BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Why Join Us?
