Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring accurate sales inventory management, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing essential data for strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for uploading and maintaining accurate sales inventory data on our online system, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily and monthly reports, including but not limited to sales performance, inventory status, and market trends.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to newly accredited sellers regarding database access and system navigation.
  • Support the pricing team by assisting in the research and analysis required for project pricing.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events as needed, contributing to their successful implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related analytical field.
  • With 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a real estate industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
  • Strong understanding and experience in data analysis, database management, and visualization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity.
