We're on the hunt for a high-output Marketing Creatives Specialist — someone who's fast, creative, disciplined, and capable of turning complex ideas into visually powerful content. This role blends speed, design, AI tools, and industry research, with full training in the construction and structural engineering sector.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Graphic & Digital Design:
  • Brochures, presentation decks, banners, social media posts, event accessories (Radius), and product marketing materials.
  • Video Content Creation:
  • Promo videos, software demos, AI avatar videos, LinkedIn posts, Instagram Reels, and short-form video edits.
  • Website Management (WordPress):
  • Update pages, publish blogs, design basic landing pages, optimise posts for SEO using WordPress.
  • Email Campaigns (EDM):
  • Design and manage email campaigns with attractive layouts and conversion-focused design.
  • AI-Powered Content Production:
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) for rapid research, content ideation, and creation.
  • UI/UX Mockups:
  • Draft simple UI designs and software mockups using Figma for new product features and landing pages.
  • Content Repurposing:
  • Break down long-form videos or webinars into bite-sized clips, reels, posts, and newsletters.
  • Event Support:
  • Design event signage, slides, and promotional assets for industry events like Radius and webinars.
  • Content Research:
  • Research construction, engineering, and AI topics, turning complex ideas into easy-to-digest visuals and scripts.

Who You Are

  • Fast and self-sufficient: You can independently create high-quality graphics and content quickly.
  • Disciplined and proactive: You're able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work without micromanagement.
  • Creative with strong research skills: You can turn rough ideas into polished final products that look good and make sense.
  • Hands-on WordPress user: You know your way around uploading blogs, basic page edits, Elementor/Divi, and basic SEO plugins.
  • AI-fluent: You're familiar or keen to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and AI avatars.
  • Comfortable with construction/technical topics (or willing to be trained).

Bonus points if you have:

  • Worked in B2B, tech, construction, or professional services
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Copywriting experience for LinkedIn or business blogs
