Compliance Officer

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or Compliance certification is an advantage).
 - At least 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a related field.
 - Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
 - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 - Ability to work onsite in Taguig City and manage project deliverables within timelines.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor reports received through the client's whistleblower helpline and ensure timely review.
 - Draft and provide appropriate responses to reporters in line with company policies and processes.
 - Prepare trend and statistical analysis reports to track compliance issues and monitor resolution progress.
 - Collaborate regularly with management teams handling fraud or ethics-related incidents.
 - Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
 - Conduct periodic reviews of compliance policies to ensure relevance and alignment with local regulations and best practices.
 - Coordinate with the Director of Integrity Risk and Compliance on investigations, resolutions, and legal consultations as required.
 Monitor and coordinate compliance activities across the organization, including adherence to:
Data Privacy Act (RA 10173)
Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations
SEC Circulars
PEZA and BOI requirements
Local Government Unit (LGU) compliance regulations
Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions, including conducting training and awareness programs as needed.
- Prepare regular compliance status reports for senior management and the Board.
