We are looking for a
Marketing Data Analyst/Scientist
with strong domain expertise in
online performance marketing
to support and drive strategic initiatives across our business units. The ideal candidate will be data-savvy, business-oriented, and capable of translating complex data into actionable insights that influence decision-making and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze advertising campaign data and evaluate performance metrics to develop optimization strategies.
  • Monitor key advertising metrics (CTR, CVR, LTV, etc.), evaluate ROI, identify issues and propose improvement solutions.
  • Study user behavior data, optimize attribution strategies, and enhance user growth and conversion funnels.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to validate optimization strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to marketing and product teams to improve campaign efficiency

Preferred Background & Qualifications

  • Over 3 years
    of experience in data science or data analytics, focusing on marketing and user growth.
  • Proven track record working with
    performance marketing
    data, including paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs), CRM, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong
    technical proficiency in SQL
    , and experience in
    Python or R
    for data manipulation, modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools such as
    Tableau, Power BI, Looker
    , or similar.
  • Deep understanding of online marketing metrics: CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention, attribution, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build relationships and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a
    fast-paced, high-growth environment
    .
  • Mandarin-speaking
    candidates are strongly preferred due to cross-regional collaboration requirements.
