Location: Head Office - Antonio Drive, Sta. Maria Industrial Estate, Bagumbayan Taguig City

Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, 8 AM-5 PM

Work Setup: Full onsite during probationary period; hybrid upon regularization (4 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

The Data Officer will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting sales-related data to support strategic business decisions. This role transforms raw data into accurate, insightful, and goal-driven reports that help drive innovation, growth, and effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and report sales performance data using NetSuite.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual comparative reports on sales and SKUs.
  • Create weekly sales scorecards and custom reports for the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Perform variance analysis, track trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of data and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support sales and marketing activities such as events, conventions, and trade immersions.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and maintain orderly data records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end data management
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with keen attention to detail for accuracy and quality.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques to generate insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledgeable in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiar with data governance and data quality management principles.
  • Up to date with the latest developments in data management, analytics, and technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
