What is your mission?

We are looking for a Production Engineer who will help design and optimize casting processes, develop 3D models and tooling, create manufacturing instructions, and support production teams through simulations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. This role ensures efficient workflows, accurate documentation, and high-quality manufacturing output in a fast-paced production environment.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Learn and stay updated on all production and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing instructions and process sheets.
  • Maintain accurate process records and documentation.
  • Create 3D solid models for production requirements.
  • Develop casting tooling and design 3D-printed molds.
  • Run casting simulations to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Develop training modules for machine operators and production staff.
  • Troubleshoot casting or process-related issues.
  • Assist in costing reviews and provide technical input.
  • Perform additional production or engineering tasks as assigned.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using SolidWorks, GeoMagic, or similar 3D modeling tools.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably casting or production environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems used in production, scheduling, or materials management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and operators.
