Job Summary

The IT Admin Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization's IT operations through equipment management, software coordination, user support, and administrative tasks. This role includes handling vendors for IT equipment and software, deploying devices, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure all technical requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, renewal, and delivery of IT equipment and software
  • Install, configure, and update software applications based on team and client requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to confirm software and system needs
  • Handle the deployment of laptops and other IT assets such as headsets, monitors, mouse, and related peripherals
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of laptops, headsets, monitors, mouse, and other IT devices
  • Monitor and track equipment condition, assignments, and availability
  • Perform regular checks and updates on deployed devices
  • Assist in basic troubleshooting and technical support when needed
  • Manage documentation, purchase requests, and other IT administrative tasks
  • Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing or retrieving required IT equipment

Qualifications

  • Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in IT support, IT administration, or asset management is an advantage
  • Knowledge in basic hardware and software installation
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams, clients, and vendors
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with IT inventory tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
