Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Company Nurse to manage our workplace health and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with experience in clinic management and a strong understanding of Office Safety and Health programs. Experience in a shared office environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workplace health clinic.
  • Implement and manage Office Safety and Health programs to promote employee wellness.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees.
  • Provide first aid and emergency care as needed.
  • Maintain accurate health records and prepare compliance reports for management.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop health and wellness initiatives.
  • Educate employees on health and safety practices and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee health inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a company nurse.
  • Proven experience in clinic management; experience in a shared office setting is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Office Safety and Health programs and DOLE OHS compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
