We're Hiring: PROJECT MANAGER – IMC (Health Focused)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage health-related projects from planning to execution.
  • Create clear project plans with SMART goals and defined deliverables.
  • Oversee event activations—handling manpower, operations, and client coordination.
  • Supervise field teams (Supervisors, Coordinators, Team Leaders).
  • Conduct on-site checks within the first 3 days of activation.
  • Provide strategic solutions to ensure project success and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation (briefs, budgets, inventories, reports).
  • Coordinate with warehouse and field staff for materials and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Background in healthcare or experience as a Medical Representative preferred.
  • Solid experience in project management, events, or marketing activations.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Open to on-site work as needed.
