DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Deliver goods to our customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner.
  2. Reviews and verifies invoices and check packed vaccines to ensure accuracy
  3. Properly place packed vaccines in cold chain storage and ensures the safety and lifting protocols during delivery.
  4. Plan delivery route based on road and traffic conditions.
  5. Activate data logger and GPS before leaving in dispatching area.
  6. Contact customers to confirm delivery details.
  7. Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers.
  8. Maintains delivery logs and records.
  9. Collect and make sure the accuracy of payment from customer at the time of delivery.
  10. Coordinate delivery concern thru call to dispatching personnel.
  11. Report delivery accomplishment to dispatching personnel.
  12. Submit pertinent documents and remit collection to treasury section.
  13. Properly return data logger, ice gels and cold chain storage.
  14. Perform other tasks that may be assigned

Job Type: Full-time
