International Education Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and generate new leads and clients through field outreach, webinars, networking events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct engaging initial consultations to understand clients' educational aspirations and convert interest into enrollments.
  • Present necessary information about international education options, admission processes, and programs to prospective clients.
  • Recommend suitable study programs and institutions based on clients' backgrounds and preferences to maximize enrollment success.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition, including costs, benefits, and unique selling points of overseas education, to facilitate decision-making.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing relationships to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
  • Keep up-to-date with visa regulations, education trends, and industry developments to better serve and advise clients.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, addressing objections and closing sales opportunities.
  • Manage client records, track sales pipelines, and maintain detailed documentation to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to develop strategies for expanding the client base and achieving sales targets.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director to support overall sales and business growth.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, or business development, preferably in education or related fields.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident in engaging with prospective clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools or sales software.
