A growing healthcare services organization operating under a well-established holding company with multiple subsidiaries across various industries.
Qualifications:
- Licensed lawyer and
member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) - Strong background in
Legal
(contracts, negotiation, IP, labor compliance) and
Human Resources
management - Ability to translate HR strategies into measurable, practical workforce initiatives (talent management, performance, compensation, etc.)
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to
healthcare
(preferred but not required) - Experience in
medical clinic or healthcare operations
is an advantage but not mandatory - Strong analytical capability — able to assess complex legal issues and provide strategic guidance
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- With a collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style
Core Responsibilities:
Legal & Compliance
- Ensure company-wide legal compliance (labor, contracts, data privacy, healthcare regulations).
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (employment & vendors).
- Manage legal risks and provide strategic legal advice.
- Must be a member of the IBP.
Human Resources
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, training, and talent retention.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee wellbeing.
- Ensure HR policy compliance with labor and regulatory requirements.
Administration & Facilities
- Oversee office/admin operations, procurement, vendor/contractor management, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient workplace operations.
Leadership
- Part of the Management Committee; sets direction, fosters collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company with external partners and government stakeholders.
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities as the business evolves.
Salary:
Php 100,000 - Php 130,000
