Key Responsibilities

  • Keep track of the companies' multiple bank accounts, overseeing the inflow and outflow of cash
  • Prepare daily cashflow forecast and transact with the bank for Money Market activities
  • Record daily bank transactions in the companies' books
  • Process daily foreign currency purchase and invoice requests and hedge foreign currency with the bank
  • Run foreign currency revaluation in the companies' accounting system
  • Process payments due to other parties
  • Prepare monthly cashflow report and other reports needed for management use
  • Ensure all Treasury-related activities and transactions are recorded in the books prior to GL close

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accountancy of Finance related degree
  • With 3 to 5 years of experience in working in a finance discipline specializing in Treasury
  • Attention to detail is very important
  • Excellent communication skills, not only within the internal Finance team but also to external contacts with the bank
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage, especially S/4
