About the role
This full-time Visa Processing Supervisor role at UNIQUEX CONSULTING CORP' in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila will be responsible for overseeing the visa application processing operations to ensure a smooth and efficient process for clients. need to build visa processing team from 0. experience in all visa type like 9g visa, SIRV, DFA ect processing experience is must. s
What you'll be doing
- Build the new visa processing department
- Provide guidance and support to resolve any issues or challenges that arise
- Liaise with government authorities and embassies to ensure all visa application requirements are met
- Maintain detailed records of all visa applications and their status
- Identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance the overall efficiency of the visa processing operations
- Prepare regular reports on the visa processing activities and performance metrics
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure all visa applications adhere to relevant laws and regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a visa processing or immigration-related role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of visa application requirements and procedures for various countries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, government authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and flexible person
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing visa applications
- With contact in different goverment is advance.
- Proven experience processing Philippine visa types including 9G visas, SIRV, Tourist visas, and Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) applications
