This full-time Visa Processing Supervisor role at UNIQUEX CONSULTING CORP' in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila will be responsible for overseeing the visa application processing operations to ensure a smooth and efficient process for clients. need to build visa processing team from 0. experience in all visa type like 9g visa, SIRV, DFA ect processing experience is must. s

What you'll be doing

  1. Build the new visa processing department
  2. Provide guidance and support to resolve any issues or challenges that arise
  3. Liaise with government authorities and embassies to ensure all visa application requirements are met
  4. Maintain detailed records of all visa applications and their status
  5. Identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance the overall efficiency of the visa processing operations
  6. Prepare regular reports on the visa processing activities and performance metrics
  7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure all visa applications adhere to relevant laws and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a visa processing or immigration-related role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  2. Strong knowledge of visa application requirements and procedures for various countries
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, government authorities, and internal stakeholders
  4. Proficient in data analysis and report writing
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and flexible person
  7. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing visa applications
  8. With contact in different goverment is advance.
  9. Proven experience processing Philippine visa types including 9G visas, SIRV, Tourist visas, and Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) applications
