Job Summary

The Visa Officer is responsible for managing and processing visa applications. This role involving detailed documentation for visa applications and working closely with the Bureau of Immigration (BI), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE),etc.

Responsibility:

  1. Visa Processing:

  2. Prepare and submit visa applications to the Bureau of Immigration(BI), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and other relevant agencies.

  3. Liaise with government agencies to facilitate the processing of visa.
  4. Personally handle transactions and follow-ups with immigration and labor departments to expedite approvals.

  5. Manage and track visa expiration dates for corporate clients and ensure timely renewals.

  6. Document Preparation and Submission:

  7. Collect, review, and prepare all necessary documents for visa applications.

  8. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation submitted to government agencies.
  9. Maintain detailed records of all visa applications, supporting documents, and communication with clients and government entities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in visa processing, preferably handling 9G working visa as well as other work-related permits.
  • Strong familiarity with 9G/AEP and special work permit(SWP) procedures and documentary requirements.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with government agencies and clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
