Job Responsibility:

The role involves providing 24/7 support for IT operations across all Monde Nissin sites, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include managing incidents, driving technical issue resolutions, supporting infrastructure components like servers and networks, and implementing ITIL best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reliability. Additionally, the position requires overseeing vendor relationships, conducting capacity planning, and guiding the professional development of the IT team.

Job Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or any IT Related Courses
  • At least 5 years of appropriate experience supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery preferably with a medium size organization.
  • Knowledge and experience in the following are desired: ITIL Foundation, Windows and Linux Servers, VMWare, Virtualization, SAP, Network, Access and Monitoring Tools.
  • 3-5 years' hands-on technical operations experience with server hardware including virtualization, Linux, Windows, and related Microsoft technologies including IIS Administration, Firewall, Network, ISP, Telephony etc.
