About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor – Operations to support our ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and strengthen internal controls. This role plays a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of company processes and systems.
What You'll Do
- Conduct operational audits to evaluate process effectiveness and compliance.
- Review documentation, perform interviews, and observe activities to identify gaps.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports with key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor internal control systems and suggest process improvements.
- Support continuous compliance with internal policies and safety/security protocols.
- Perform other related duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in auditing, compliance, or process improvement
-Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is a plus
-Willing to travel occasionally to satellite offices
-Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
