About Us:

Doctor Clean Pte Ltd is a fast-growing cleaning services provider in Singapore. As we expand our digital operations, we're looking for a versatile Web Developer with strong UI/UX and SEO knowledge to take full ownership of our online presence and support the development of internal software tools.

1. Website Development & Management (WordPress)

  • Lead the redevelopment, enhancement, and maintenance of the company website.
  • Build custom features, optimize site speed, manage plugins/themes, and ensure site security.
  • Ensure full mobile responsiveness and browser compatibility.
  • Conduct regular backups, troubleshooting, and technical updates.

2. UI/UX Design & Internal Software Collaboration

  • Partner with the IT Director and IT Supervisor to design UI/UX for customised office software.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interface mockups.
  • Participate in sprint planning and execution using Agile methodology.
  • Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on feedback.

3. SEO & Digital Optimisation

  • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits.
  • Optimise content, metadata, URL structure, and site architecture for better ranking.
  • Track analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure the website meets Core Web Vitals and UX Google guidelines.4. Online Customer Service
  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or online platforms.
  • Provide timely, friendly support or redirect enquiries accordingly.
  • Maintain high professionalism in all written communication.

## Requirements

  • Proven experience in WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom PHP is advantageous).
  • Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with PHP-based development.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, on-page optimisation, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially in design and user experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
