She manages the petty cash for the Pasig Area, ensuring that funds are properly allocated, tracked, and disbursed according to company policies.

  • DTR (Daily Time Record) Management (Field Engineers in Pasig Area):

Ellen is tasked with managing and processing the daily time records for both management and field engineers in the NCR East Pasig Area, ensuring accurate payroll processing.

  • Parts Inventory for Operations Department:

She oversees the inventory of parts for the Operations Department, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and orders are processed as needed.

  • Ad-Hoc Tasks:

Ellen also handles other tasks as directed by the Accounting Head, contributing to various administrative and operational functions.
