An Implementation Specialist has practical experience in the role, and uses knowledge gained through some practical role experience and training. The holder of this position displays a deeper understanding of the role and business analysis tasks and techniques.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES HIGHLIGHT:

  • Perform detail analysis of complex business process requirements of the clients through meetings, discussions, and other requirement elicitation tools.
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; recommend necessary mitigation or work around processes to maximize the Sunfish functionality and satisfy clients' needs.
  • Summarize the assessment notes and solution definition reports
  • Configure client's business process requirement
  • Conduct one or two sub-modules Key/Admin User Training and ability to answer some basic questions according to software specifications.
  • Handles project or account assigned from assessment to go-live

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in either of the following role a human resources, business process outsourcing, software implementation, business analyst, project management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Human Resources management, or any equivalent
  • Conversant with all the Microsoft Office Applications
