About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketer to own and execute our online strategy. This role is central to strengthening brand presence, generating qualified leads, and driving customer engagement across all digital channels.
You will serve as the voice of the brand on social media, the architect behind email marketing efforts, and the analyst who turns data into actionable insights. If you are a strategic, creative marketer who thrives on measurable results, this role is for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing and Management (35%)
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across major platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok).
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality daily content including graphics, short-form videos, and written posts.
Foster community growth by engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and managing online reputation.
Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences and support lead generation goals.
Create compelling content for blogs, website pages, and email newsletters aligned with brand voice and SEO strategy.
Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
Collaborate with designers or use tools like Canva to produce visually engaging marketing materials.
Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, promotional campaigns).
Manage email lists, segment audiences for targeted messaging, and track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and platform insights.
Use data to identify trends, measure ROI, and propose actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Punctual and reliable, committed to working full-time during core EST business hours.
2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for businesses.
Experience with social media advertising and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work full-time during EST business hours.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Certifications in Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
