We are seeking a 
driven and resourceful Country Operations Coordinator

to serve as the 
focal point of contact

for our customers in the Philippines. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Coordination:
     Act as the main point of contact for customers in the Philippines, ensuring professional communication and timely handling of requests.
  • RFQ Management:
     Manage a pipeline of customer 
    RFQs (Requests for Quotations)
    , search for the required items, and source competitive options.
  • Vendor & Supplier Relations:
     Work directly with 
    manufacturers, distributors, and dealers
     to secure the best pricing and terms while meeting deadlines.
  • Quoting:
     Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customer submission.
  • Operational Support:
     Assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth flow of the procurement process and supporting project execution.
  • Database Development:
     Build and maintain a reliable 
    vendor and product database
     to support long-term growth.
  • Problem-Solving:
     Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in 
    customer service, procurement, supply chain, or operations
    .
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver, able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience working with 
    RFQs, vendor management, or quotations
     is a strong plus.
  • Based in the Philippines with good local market knowledge.
