The Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll play a critical role in shaping Heidi’s growth story by finding, engaging, and hiring the exceptional talent that powers our mission. You’ll own recruitment across our Philippines teams, acting as a strategic partner to our leaders — combining data, empathy, and market insight to build diverse, high-performing teams across multiple regions and disciplines. What you'll do: Partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs and design effective hiring strategies aligned with Heidi’s global growth. Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions — from sourcing and outreach to closing top-tier candidates. Champion candidate experience by ensuring every interaction reflects our values of care, clarity, and inclusivity. Leverage data and insights to inform talent decisions, optimize pipelines, and influence workforce planning. Develop talent pools and nurture relationships with high-potential candidates for future growth needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Operations, and Brand teams to drive seamless onboarding and talent marketing initiatives. What we’ll look for: 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS (bonus points for healthtech experience) Proven track record of hiring across diverse functions (e.g. Customer Support, GTM, Finance, Operations & HR) Demonstrated ability to partner closely with business leaders and influence through data and insight. Deep experience with modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, market mapping, etc.) Strong understanding of talent markets in the Philippines , with experience supporting global hiring when/if required. Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to authentically convey Heidi’s mission to candidates.
