Surveillance Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Engineering, Criminology, or any

related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing large-scale surveillance and

security projects, ideally in casinos, integrated resorts, or similarly regulated

industries.

  • Strong knowledge of surveillance systems technologies (CCTV, VMS, alarms,

biometrics, access control, and network integration).

  • Proven leadership experience in handling project teams, including engineers,

technicians, and security staff.

  • Familiarity with casino surveillance operations, regulatory standards, and

compliance requirements is a strong advantage.

  • Skilled in vendor and contractor management, project costing, and procurement

processes.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure

environments.

Must be willing to work onsite in Paranaque

Key Role:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of surveillance

system projects within the resort and casino environment.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and manpower deployment to

ensure seamless implementation.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and contractors to align

surveillance projects with operational and compliance requirements.

  • Conduct site inspections, security risk assessments, and system evaluations to

identify improvements and mitigate vulnerabilities.

  • Ensure that all surveillance projects comply with gaming industry standards,

company security protocols, and local regulatory requirements.

  • Provide technical direction and oversight on surveillance systems, including

CCTV, access control, alarms, and command center technologies.

  • Prepare and present project progress reports and documentation for senior

management and regulatory purposes.

  • Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and ensure operational readiness of

surveillance systems.

  • Resolve issues encountered during implementation and ensure minimal

disruption to operations.
