As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for teaching students of varying age groups (school to adult learners) in an interactive online environment. The focus will be on improving grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and spoken English, while ensuring a positive and motivating classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online English tutoring sessions as per the schedule.
  • Teach grammar, vocabulary, spoken English, reading, and writing skills.
  • Create a student-friendly learning environment that encourages participation.
  • Assess students' progress and provide personalized feedback.
  • Use interactive teaching tools and maintain student engagement.
  • Ensure professional dress-up and appearance during sessions to create a strong impression.
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (English, Education, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience (online or offline).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
  • Comfortable using online platforms (Zoom/Google Meet/MS Teams).
  • Must have a laptop/desktop with electronic pen and tab with good internet connection.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior online tutoring/teaching experience.
  • TESOL/TEFL certification (bonus but not mandatory).
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a student-focused approach.
