Full Time Trial Class Teacher

We are looking for several K-12 certified Full-time teachers who will only conduct trial classes for the new student clients in our company (mostly Kindergarten and primary school students). Teachers who could work online on weekdays afternoons, evening and weekends.

Your experience teaching English, along with your proficiency in technology will ensure your success in this dynamic role. REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree or above
  • Have TESOL or TEFL certificates
  • At least 2 years of ONLINE ENGLISH teaching experience with learners from Kindergarten to Primary 3.
  • Fluent command of the English language, neutral American English accent, clear pronunciation.
  • Can teach ENGLISH to Kindergarten to Primary 3 students using the English language.
  • Owns a PC/laptop for online teaching. Can navigate online teaching tools such as Zoom, etc.
  • Has a stable/wired internet connection and backup power
  • Can create lesson materials. Have various teaching props for young learners.
  • Attend the academic weekly meeting to improve teaching skills.
  • Other work-related tasks assigned by supervisor.

SUBJECT: ENGLISH

JOB TYPE: Full-time

Monday to Friday: 15:00-21:00 (17:30-18:30 is dinner break).

Saturday and Sunday: 09:00-11:00, 13:00-17:00, 19:00-21:00

(1 day off a week, choose among Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday)

LOCATION: Remote

SALARY:

Base Salary: 20,000 PHP/month

Attendance Bonus: 5,000 PHP/month

Criteria: Perfect attendance (no absences, tardiness, early leave, or other violations)

Penalties may apply for attendance violations as per company policy.

Conversion Bonus: 300 PHP/student

Criteria: Awarded for each successful student conversion

Tech Requirement:

Device: Desktop or laptop

Operating system: Windows 7 or above or Mac

CPU: Core i3- fifth generation performance and above

RAM: At least 4GB RAM(8GB recommended)

Hard disk: At least 100GB of free hard disk space is available

Headphones: Headphones with an extended microphone and noise-cancelling function

Camera: HD external or integrated camera (at least 720p resolution)

Internet Speed: At least 50mbps of wired or wireless Internet connection (computer connection to a wired network is recommended for more stable classes)
