JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a proactive and personable Sales Associate to be our on-ground representative for the GoodCoast Project in General Luna, Siargao. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, assist with site visits, and help ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry to closing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to the GoodCoast Project in Siargao.
  • Assist in coordinating and conducting site tours for interested clients.
  • Manage the scheduling of meetings and site visits.
  • Coordinate sales events and manage relationships with brokers and real estate partners.
  • Help in maintaining the cleanliness of the site and spaces
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, social media efforts, and project launches.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, record-keeping, and processing client requirements.

Qualification

  • At least 1-2 years related working experience in the field of Real Estate or leasing.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude with a keen interest in real estate
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
