ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES / MONITORING SPECIALIST

Our company is looking for an organized & detail-oriented ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES / MONITORING SPECIALISTto join our growing team for the ff. area/s:

San Nicolas Manila

JOB DETAILS:

  1. Checks that prepared sales receipts indicate the correct discounting and approved payment terms for each order are followed.
  2. Receives & records cash or check payments and issue applicable receipt/s.
  3. Receives item returns, determines if these are still covered by warranty and issues applicable receipts.
  4. Prepares the monthly counter collection receipts for clients and sends these to agents / clients for timely collection.
  5. Prepares or updates the collection summary report on a daily basis.
  6. Follow-up payment directly with clients & coordinates with agents regarding collection based on the accounts receivable aging report generated.
  7. Generate sales reports and computes agents commission.
  8. Performs other functions as may be required by the company.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in math, finance, engineering or accounting or any work-related experience as Accounting Assistant who specializes in accounting records, strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, data analysis and sales reports.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of accounts receivable experience required.
  • Proficient in in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google (sheets, docs, etc.) applications.
  • Responsible, honest, self-motivated, results-oriented, responsible, with good work ethics, strong sense of morals, a positive work attitude and works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be willing to work in an on-site casual office setup from Mon-Sat 8am-5pm.
  • Preferred residents of San Nicolas, Sta. Cruz, Binondo, Tondo or nearby areas.
